Order Processing

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We offer various shipping methods to meet your needs. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days. (Available at checkout)
International Shipping (European Union)
- Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-21 business days.
Please note that international delivery times can vary significantly due to customs processing in the destination country.
Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50.00 USD.
International Shipping
Wurkurca proudly ships to customers in the United States and the European Union. Please be aware of the following for international orders:
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Wurkurca is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
- Delays: International orders may experience delays due to customs procedures in the destination country. We are unable to influence these delays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Wurkurca is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
